A journey to the new me!

Welcome to my journal. It will be an account of 
my journey to becoming a healthy active person again.
I decided in July that the only way
to get back to a normal weight was to have 
some type of bariatric surgery. The mother of one of 
my co-workers had the bypass surgery in June and
her daughter shared a lot of her experience with me.
I talked to my primary physician and she was
very encouraging that this was the best thing for me.
I decided to go to Dr. Cirangle as he was a visiting
surgeon here in Kailua and their office
Laproscopic Associates of San Fransisco
had a special program for Hawaii patients.
So now the decision is made and plans are
